Like most of you reading this, the daily grind of work, dreams, family and goals often leaves me feeling a bit ragged. I wouldn't have it any other way, and I'm certainly not complaining (I chose this life, and these are the days to make things happen...) but it's ok to say how exhuasting it all is sometimes.
And I'm a firm believer that you must reward yourself with a little something that makes you breathe, step lighter, and relax those hard working gams, if only for the duration of a salt scrub.
Do a little something to pamper yourself today. xx
