What to do with a favorite dress (that you usually wear with wedges or heels) when the weather just won't cooperate?

Mix it up!

Throw on some tights, slouchy boots, and a breezy attitude...

Dress - Vintage.
Boots - Aldo.
Ring - Downtown LA shopping district for $1!!
